Our first activity kicks a long ball. For this activity, I rated myself as a 4 because as a

leader and helping my teammates

To achieve level 4 we have to show that we can consistently be a leader
making a contribution to the team goal I make sure I include everyone and
encouraging and my words were positive

During the first game of kick ling ball, I showed that I am working at level 4

Our second activity was bench ball For this activity I rated my self as a 3 because

I included myself and contributed to what the team said

and include myself in the team activity, and I include others. I sometimes use positive words and actions
to encourage my team.

During the game of football, I showed that I am working at level 3 by including myself and others and
using positive words and to actions to encourage my team. These examples show that I have met the
standard for level 3 

While playing the Cross-court games, something that I found challenging was that the ball kept going to
the other player's games. The reason I found this challenging was because the other player's wood has
to just ignore us.

However, I managed to overcome this challenge by just playing the game 

Next week I am aiming to work at level 4 To make sure that I am working that level I am going to work on
helping the team and be a leader.
